Edenwood Cancellation Policy & Terms

Full Deposit must be received to confirm your reservation. Your confirmation will be void if the deposit is not paid in full within one week of making the booking. Deposit is %35 percent of the reservation.

All reservations must be paid in full within 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

A 3.5 percent charge will be added for all credit card charges. To avoid these fees you may write a check out for Edenwood Ranch & Preserve.

Refundable Deposits are given only when the following are met: A written cancelation must be received by Edenwood prior to 90 days of arrival booked date.

If cancellation is made less than 90 days and prior to 45 days, it is nonrefundable but, transferable to available dates in the same or next year. If cancellation is inside of the 45-day window a service charge of half the deposit is required to rebook any available dates for the current year or the following year.

These conditions do not apply to any hunting reservations, which require a non­refundable deposit.

Hunting Deposits are nonrefundable, but transferrable to available dates in the same calendar year. If no dates are available management will work to get you into the next year.

Edenwood Ranch will not assume any responsibility for any costs or cancellations/ alterations due to weather, flights, or any unseen other circumstances, natural or manmade.
